Integration with vBulletin - Payza (formerly AlertPay) Payment Gateway

This integrates the Payza gateway for paid subscriptions. It supports both one-time and recurring payments.

NOTE

I'm working on the final step to this product, which is payment verification. I will upload the files this evening! I just want to get the thread ID so I can stick it in the XML!
